Role Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries via voice support (inbound calls)
• Assist customers with trading accounts, investments, transactions, and financial services queries
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
• Follow company policies, compliance, and BFSI regulations
Required Experience & Skills:
• Minimum 6 months experience in BFSI / Financial Services / Banking / Trading / FinTech process
• Strong verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
• Experience in voice process / calling support
• Good customer handling and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate joiners preferred
