About the Role:

We are looking for Customer Support who are passionate about helping people and creating positive customer experiences. As part of the Customer Support team, you will represent the voice of Phool, assisting customers with their queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand values of care, empathy, and clarity.


Key Responsibilities

● Respond to customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in a timely and professional manner

● Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and helpful solutions

● Maintain a friendly, patient, and empathetic tone in all conversations

● Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required

● Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback

● Ensure every customer interaction reflects the brand values of Phool


Who We’re Looking For:

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

● A kind, patient, and customer-first mindset

● Willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of conversations

● Someone who can carry the voice of Phool with care and clarity


Basic comfort with using computers and communication tools
