Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the company’s services. You will be responsible for providing online and technical support, maintaining accurate customer records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Timely response to client issues and maintaining a strong understanding of the company’s offerings are key components of success in this role.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service
- Experience in providing Online Support and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Ability to handle Technical Support issues effectively and troubleshoot common customer problems
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software, and managing multiple tasks efficiently
- A customer-centric mindset with a focus on building strong relationships
- Ability to adapt to dynamic work environments and effectively handle challenging situations
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred but not mandatory
