Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can handle customer queries, provide timely support, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams to maintain a positive customer experience.
The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, order coordination, follow-ups, issue resolution, and maintaining customer records efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information professionally.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely updates.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and support requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure proper customer satisfaction.
• Share customer feedback and requirements with internal teams.
• Support sales and operational activities whenever required.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports related to customer support activities.
• Maintain professional communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / CRM / Sales Support.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and Email handling.
• Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple departments.
• Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving skills.
Preferred Profile:
• Candidates from ecommerce, retail, lifestyle, fashion, travel accessories, or consumer brands preferred.
• Experience in handling customer complaints and order coordination will be an added advantage.
