Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Customer Support Associate. The Customer Support Associate will assist and address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive user experience. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer queries, providing accurate information about products and services, guiding users to suitable learning tools, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary. Collaboration with other teams for continuous improvement and contribution to the company’s customer-centric values are critical aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service to effectively handle and resolve user queries.
- Ability to contribute to Sales processes by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Experience in Training to assist users in understanding the platform and maximizing its benefits.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions effectively.
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with exam preparation platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience.
