Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Bengaluru. The role involves addressing and resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing timely support via online channels. The Customer Support Executive will also troubleshoot technical issues, offer solutions to improve user experience, and collaborate with teams to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
- Skills in Technical Support and troubleshooting
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bengaluru
- Experience in community management or similar industries is a plus
- Proficiency in regional languages will be an added advantage
