Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive, based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The role involves addressing customer queries via online channels, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and resolving technical or service-related issues. The Customer Support Executive will act as a liaison between customers and the company, provide timely resolutions, maintain customer records, and contribute to the overall improvement of the customer experience. Excellence in communication and professionalism is key to ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Should have 0.6 -2 years of Experience.
- Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction methodologies
- Strong skills in Online Support and Customer Service
- Basic knowledge of Technical Support processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Familiarity with community management systems or B2C platforms is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent relevant experience
