Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service, managing client inquiries effectively, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves offering technical and online support, resolving client issues proactively, and ensuring seamless communication with the entire community ecosystem served by NoBrokerHood.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills
- Should have 0.6 -2 years of Experience.
- Should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Experience in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction and resolving complaints
- Strong expertise in providing Online Support and managing digital communication platforms
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in local languages is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
