Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bengaluru. The primary responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing online support, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves offering technical assistance related to the NoBrokerHood platform and striving to consistently deliver excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Manage day-to-day servicing and ensure smooth functioning of VMS devices in assigned societies.
- Should be proficient in English and Hindi Mandatory.
- Should have area knowledge and two wheeler with DL.
- Conduct field visits daily to monitor operations and resolve issues within SLA timelines.
- Handle deployment, maintenance, and accountability of company assets and devices.
- Ensure timely payment collections as per assigned targets.
- Build strong relationships with society committees and security staff; provide app training when required.
- Maintain proper attendance, field reporting, compliance, and focus on client satisfaction and service quality.
