Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Support Executive, based in Chandigarh with the flexibility of partial work-from-home arrangements. The Customer Support Executive will manage day-to-day tasks such as addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, providing online and technical support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a customer-oriented service approach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and delivering an exceptional service experience
- Experience in Online Support and managing customer inquiries through digital platforms
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Technical Support for addressing and resolving customer issues efficiently
- Effective communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of adapting to a hybrid working environment
- Familiarity with mobility services or cab service operations is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in a similar role
