About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Customer Relationship Associate to manage client interactions, ensure smooth order processing, and support payment follow-ups. This role requires strong coordination with internal teams and a customer-first mindset to deliver a seamless experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for queries related to orders, deliveries, and products
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order dispatch and delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a prompt and professional manner
- Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with the accounts team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments in Tally and Excel
- Generate invoices, track payments, and update outstanding reports regularly
- Address and resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when required
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on order status, collections, and client updates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of accounting and invoicing processes
- Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel (mandatory)
- Ability to handle payment follow-ups confidently and professionally
- Good coordination, multitasking, and organizational skills
Experience & Qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client coordination, or similar roles
- Graduate in any discipline (commerce background preferred but not mandatory)
