Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for our customers - via calls, chats, and emails.
- Troubleshoot issues, answer queries, and make customers fall in love with our product.
- Work closely with our tech and product teams to resolve issues faster.
- Suggest improvements based on customer feedback - we value your voice!
Requirements
- Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Great communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Patience + problem-solving mindset.
- Tech-savvy (don't worry, we'll train you on our platform).
- A go-getter who enjoys working in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
