Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Customer Support Executive for an on-site position located in Gurugram. In this role, you will manage and resolve customer inquiries through multiple channels, ensure customer satisfaction by accurately addressing their concerns, and escalate technical issues when necessary. You will also actively maintain customer databases, provide information about services, troubleshoot basic technical issues, and seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to handle Online Support and provide proficient Technical Support as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to address customer concerns effectively
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to handling customer issues
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and platforms is a plus
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
- Prior experience in a tech or platform-based company is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in any field or relevant experience in customer service
