Role Description
The Customer Support Executive is an on-site, full-time role based in Gurugram. The role involves managing day-to-day customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing efficient online and technical support. Responsibilities include addressing customer concerns in a timely manner, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining customer service standards, and ensuring an excellent overall user experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Online Support and the ability to resolve customer queries effectively
- Strong Technical Support skills for problem-solving and resolving product-related issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in the tech or digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
