Job Description:
The ideal candidate will assist in managing marketing communication, client coordination, and partner relationships across different channels. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute communication strategies, track marketing performance, and support business growth initiatives.
Responsibility:
- Design marketing communication materials such as emails, social media posts, and WhatsApp marketing messages
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing and communication activities
- Manage customer and client communication to gather feedback and business insights
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with partners across different countries
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure smooth communication and execution
Qualification:
- At least 6 months of experience in marketing, sales, client communication, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good follow-up, coordination, and resource management skills
- Basic understanding of graphic design and marketing communication tools is a plus
