We are looking for a Telecaller / Customer Support Executive for our matrimony services platform. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining membership plans, and maintaining follow-up records.
Key Responsibilities- Call and communicate with interested users who have registered on our platform
- Explain matrimony membership plans clearly
- Share suitable biodata profiles with customers
- Maintain follow-up details and call status in Excel
- Update customer interaction records regularly
- Provide basic support to users regarding their profiles
Requirements- Good communication skills (Gujarati)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, internet usage)
- Ability to handle calls professionally
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers can apply)
