Position: Customer Support Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Location: Delhi

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries and concerns
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services to customers
• Manage telecalling activities for follow-ups, feedback, and customer engagement
• Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines during calls
• Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

Key Skills Required:
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in calling / telecalling / customer support roles
• Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
