Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Hoshangabad. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day interactions with customers, resolve inquiries, provide technical support, and ensure customer satisfaction through online and voice-based communication. Tasks also include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, analyzing customer needs, and escalating issues to appropriate departments for resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in providing Online Support and resolving customer concerns effectively
  • Strong Customer Service and communication skills
  • Capability to deliver Technical Support and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work efficiently on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
  • Prior experience in the BPO or customer support industry is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
