Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the medical/healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored SaaS solutions.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Client Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve collective goals.
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report sales metrics to management, including forecasts and pipeline progress.
- Use data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the medical or healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS products and achieving sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Attributes:

- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving market needs.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
Preferred Qualifications:
