We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing, and availability.
- Maintain customer records and update necessary information in the system.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain quality standards.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills can apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 70% in 10th and 12th.
