Job Title: Client Support Executive – US Immigration Law
Location: Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Client Support Executive to support our US Immigration and Guardianship Law practice. The candidate will be responsible for handling incoming client calls, addressing client concerns, coordinating callbacks, collecting documents, supporting petition preparation, and assisting legal teams with guardianship-related immigration matters.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive legal and immigration-related cases professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Call Handling & Client Support
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding guardianship and immigration-related matters.
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client concerns and provide accurate information regarding case processes and next steps.
- Resolve client queries professionally and escalate complex matters to the concerned legal team when required.
- Arrange callbacks and follow-ups when immediate resolution cannot be provided.
- Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with detained clients and families in sensitive situations.
- Escalate urgent or complex matters to the appropriate legal team members.
- Support the preparation and collection of documents required for initial filings and petitions.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain declarations, statements, and supporting documentation.
- Assist in obtaining and organizing statements from detained clients when required.
- Support case onboarding and new client intake from the initial stage of the process.
- Ensure all case information and supporting documents are properly maintained and updated.
Documentation & Filing Support
- Prepare intake summaries and organize client records for attorney/legal team review.
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notes in CRM or case management systems.
- Assist with petition filing preparation and document verification.
- Ensure timely follow-up for pending documentation and client responses.
Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and internal legal teams for case progression.
- Escalate urgent habeas corpus or detention-related matters to the appropriate legal personnel.
- Support smooth communication between clients and legal teams throughout the case lifecycle.
Compliance & Confidentiality
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client and legal information.
- Follow company policies, legal compliance requirements, and operational procedures.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of sensitive immigration-related information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computers or in any other stream.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Ability to communicate empathetically with clients in stressful or sensitive situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Spreadsheets.
- Comfortable working in US shifts/night shifts.
