Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate (Fresher – 1 year experience) who is passionate about customer experience. In this role, you will support customers throughout their journey, handle queries, and ensure smooth coordination between teams to deliver a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Assist with scheduling, rescheduling, and service-related requests
- Resolve customer concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and learning experience for customers
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Escalate issues when required and support resolution
- Coordinate with instructors, sales, and internal teams
- Maintain records of customer interactions in internal systems
- Support day-to-day operational tasks
Requirements
- Education: Graduate / Final year students can apply
- Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers welcome)
- Communication: Good verbal & written English (Hindi/Kannada is a plus)
- Skills: Basic problem-solving, coordination, and customer handling skills
- Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Attitude: Customer-first mindset with willingness to learn
