About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who can handle both voice (calling) and non-voice (chat/email) support. You will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring quick resolution of queries while delivering a seamless and positive brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries, orders, complaints, and feedback.
- Respond to customer queries via chat, and email, in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, orders, returns, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure high-quality communication with proper tone, clarity, and professionalism.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Product) for quick resolution.
- Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements in processes or services.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle both calling and chat processes simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism in handling customer concerns.
- Good typing speed and familiarity with customer support tools (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support (voice + non-voice preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
