Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves interacting with clients to resolve inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance and product support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will also collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and act as a point of contact for client feedback and escalations. Timely follow-ups and effective communication are essential to excel in this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Technical aptitude for understanding ERP, HRMS, and CRM systems
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
- Organizational and time-management abilities for handling multiple client queries efficiently
- Proficient in using customer support tools and software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain professionalism under pressure
- Prior experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage
- Basic understanding of enterprise solutions and business processes is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- Hindi Preferable
