Role Description

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in providing Online Support and Customer Service
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues through Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving service excellence
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools is an advantage
- Relevant work experience or a bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Communications or Information Technology, is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
