Key Responsibilities- Handle customer queries via live chat, email, and support tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Assist users with account-related issues, deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay concerns
- Provide guidance on cryptocurrency transactions (BTC, ETH, USDT, etc.) including delays, confirmations, and wallet-related queries
- Resolve complaints and escalate complex cases to relevant internal teams
- Maintain clear communication while ensuring compliance with platform policies and regional regulations
- Educate users on platform features, bonuses, promotions, and responsible gaming practices
- Monitor and flag suspicious or potentially fraudulent activities
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly
- Contribute to improving FAQs, help guides, and support processes
Requirements- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service (preferably in crypto, gaming, fintech, or other restricted niches)
- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)
- Ability to handle high-volume queries with professionalism and patience
- Experience with CRM tools, live chat platforms, or ticketing systems
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts / night shifts (global user base)
