Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Executive for an on-site role located in Noida. The selected candidate will handle customer interactions to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing real-time support through online platforms, addressing feedback, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. The role requires a proactive approach in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service skills to effectively address client needs and inquiries.
- Experience in delivering Online Support and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
- Knowledge of Technical Support to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and positive relationships with customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and support systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred.
- Salary Is Upto 25K Maximum
