Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Kurukshetra. The role involves providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Customer Support Executive will handle technical and online support, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Strong skills in Online Support and Customer Service
- Ability to provide Technical Support and resolve issues effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required
