Job Role: Customer Support Executive
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: Day Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
We are looking for dynamic and communication-driven professionals to join our team for a voice process role focused on lead generation, appointment scheduling, and customer interaction.
The ideal candidate should be confident over calls, persuasive, organized, and comfortable handling daily outreach and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers
• Generate and qualify leads based on defined criteria
• Schedule appointments, demos, or consultation calls
• Handle customer queries professionally
• Follow up with prospects to improve conversions
• Maintain call logs, lead reports, and CRM updates
• Coordinate with internal sales/business teams
• Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction
Eligibility Criteria:
• 1–2 years of experience in voice process, telecalling, lead generation, appointment setting, customer support, or inside sales
• Strong spoken English and communication skills
• Confidence in outbound calling and customer engagement
• Basic CRM / Excel knowledge preferred
• Good follow-up discipline and interpersonal skills
