Roles & Responsibilities :-
● Discover and actively pursue novel business prospects with the aim of not only meeting but surpassing monthly sales objectives.
● Build and nurture relationships with prospective and new business opportunities
● Look-up with our existing clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our products & services.
● Utilize a consultative selling approach, addressing customer concerns and objections to close deals effectively.
● Collaborate with the sales team and cross-functional departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
● Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:-
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapportand trust with customers.
● Results-driven mindset and a proactive approach to sales prospecting andlead generation.
● Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
● Knowledge of the product/service and industry, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
● Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
● For experience must have proven track record in B2C sales with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
