We are hiring Customer Support Executive to join our organization.
Responsibilities
- Work only with International clients
- Answer inbound international calls and provide appropriate responses
- Reply to inbound customer emails in a professional manner
- Develop good relationship with clients
- Meet customer expectations
Skills Required:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good at attention to detail in customer support
- Experience in international call center or customer support / technical support role is an advantage
- Excellent listening and answering skills
- 1-2 years of experience
- Willingness to work in night shifts
