Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based at our Noida office. The primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing online support channels. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service by identifying and solving customer issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Online Support, and addressing client inquiries
- Capability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through active problem solving
- Experience in Customer Service, with a focus on establishing productive client relationships
- Skills in providing basic Technical Support and explaining technical details to customers effectively
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Prior experience in a customer support or service role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline
