Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The primary responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing technical support issues, and delivering exceptional customer service. The candidate will also provide online support to assist clients effectively and resolve their concerns in a timely manner, maintaining high service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in providing Online Support and resolving client inquiries through digital platforms
- Technical Support skills to address and resolve basic technical challenges
- Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in an on-site role
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
