Job Overview
iEnergizer is hiring Customer Support Executives for the POS process. The role involves assisting customers with product-related queries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer interactions and resolve queries or issues.
• Maintain quality standards and meet productivity targets.
• Follow process guidelines and company policies.
• Shift Timing: Day Shift
• Work Schedule: 6 Days Working | 1 Rotational Week Off
Eligibility Criteria
• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
• Freshers and candidates with customer support experience are welcome.
• Fluent English and Hindi communication is mandatory.
• Knowledge of one additional regional language is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Salary & Benefits
• CTC up to ₹24,000 per month (Salary differs for freshers)
• Stable work environment with growth opportunities
• Training will be provided for the process
