Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Gurgaon. The Customer Support Executive will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a great experience by providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Responsibilities include handling customer communication through various channels, addressing complaints, troubleshooting service-related issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. Collaboration with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction will also be a key component of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills to address customer needs effectively
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Experience with CRM tools, customer service platforms, and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
- Organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple customer queries simultaneously
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Educational qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is advantageous
