Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Thane for a Customer Support Executive. The role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing product or technical support. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer interactions through various channels, maintain accurate records of discussions, and work towards improving overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, if required
- Proficiency in relevant software systems is an advantage
- Prior experience in a customer service role is beneficial
