Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Customer Support Executive to manage patient interactions, coordinate with doctors, and ensure smooth appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling customer concerns efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate between patients and doctors for appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled and completed on time without delays
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats professionally
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and updates in the system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor appointment status and proactively address any issues or delays
- Provide a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts
- Day Shift: Work from Office
- Night Shift: Work from Home
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support / healthcare coordination (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
