We are seeking a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for providing online support and excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction to our clientele. He/she should be capable of engaging with customers, addressing their concerns, responding to inquiries, and assisting them with their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address inquiries and respond to customers promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including phone, email, website and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about the brand and products. Deliver best in class service in a timely manner
- Suggest process & product improvements based on user feedback
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, inquiries, and issue resolutions for future reference and reporting.
Qualifications required for The Role:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- An understanding of the 'Customer First' principle and committed to consistently delivering high-quality customer support
- Flexibility to adapt to different communication channels (phone, email, etc.).
