Role Description
We are hiring a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive to join our team in Thrissur. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer support, ensuring satisfaction through timely and effective solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting customers with inquiries, resolving technical issues, providing online support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will become a vital point of contact, bridging the gap between customers and the company's technology solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Support and ensuring high Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Online Support and Customer Service
- Ability to handle Technical Support tasks efficiently
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and active listening abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and support ticketing systems is an advantage
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role within IT or technology-driven industries is beneficial
