Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Support Executive role based in Pune City. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, providing clear and timely responses about products, orders, and basic skincare usage. Responsibilities include resolving issues, tracking and documenting interactions, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves gathering customer feedback, identifying recurring issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and the overall customer experience. The Customer Support Executive will maintain product knowledge, adhere to response and quality standards, and represent the brand’s simple and effective approach in every interaction.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service, with a focus on empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Experience in managing Online Support channels such as chat, email, and social media for customer interactions.
- Ability to drive Customer Satisfaction through timely issue resolution, active listening, and clear communication.
- Basic Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot common order, platform, or product-related issues.
- Additional qualifications: excellent verbal and written English communication; ability to work on-site in Pune City, strong problem-solving skills; comfort with CRM or ticketing tools; prior experience in skincare, beauty, or D2C e-commerce is an advantage,minimum high school diploma, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
