🔹 Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive – International Process to handle customer queries and provide excellent service experience. The candidate must be customer-focused, patient, and professional in communication.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and resolve queries effectively
- Provide accurate information regarding products/services
- Maintain records of customer interactions in the system
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department
- Ensure high customer satisfaction levels
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experienced candidates can apply(6 months documented)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic computer knowledge required
