Role Description
We are looking to hire a customer support specialist for our organization who can demonstrate the value of the organization to our customers everyday by providing amazing customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 2+ years of experience in Building & strengthening customer relationships
- Listen, empathize, and help customers achieve their goals
- Manage incoming calls, chats, and emails and handle appropriate follow-up for calls, chats and emails
- Address, resolve, and record any customer issues that arise pertaining to business growth, billing, and general account satisfaction
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s business model in order to answer all customer-related inquiries
- Demonstrating the value of the organization to our customers every day by providing amazing customer support
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Should be exceptional in communication skills, especially written
- A multi-tasker positive, polite, confident, sincere,
- The ability to solve problems & to think quickly on your feet
- The ability to stay calm, cool, and collected during stressful customer interactions
- Flexibility – we’re growing and evolving, and you’ll need to come along for the ride
- Should be open to communicate & coordinate with different department
