Key Responsibilities
- Handle live chat support and respond promptly to user queries.
- Manage Gmail/email support tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Resolve customer concerns related to:
- Account login and registration issues
- Cashback tracking and redemption
- Coupon/offers-related queries
- Payment status or pending cashback concerns
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with users.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department and follow up till resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions and update the support database.
- Assist in improving customer experience by sharing feedback with the operations and product teams.
- Work towards achieving response time SLAs and customer satisfaction targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
- 2-5 years of experience in chat/email/customer support (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat/email conversations simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Workspace.
- Problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, deals, or cashback platforms will be an added advantage.
