Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Delhi, India. The role involves providing timely and efficient customer support to ensure client satisfaction. Daily tasks include addressing customer queries across multiple channels, resolving technical issues, offering online support, and ensuring a seamless customer service experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in providing Online Support and resolving Technical Support issues promptly
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to handle customer interactions effectively
- Problem-solving capabilities and ability to manage multiple customer queries simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software or CRM tools is preferred
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
