About the role
We're looking for a Customer Support Executive who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and genuinely cares about getting things resolved. This is a full-time remote role based out of India.
Compensation: 40 LPA fixed + ESOPs
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end resolution for customer inquiries across chat and email
- Bridge customers and internal teams to surface patterns and drive faster fixes
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide clients through Zendesk, Salesforce, and HubSpot integrations
- Maintain high CSAT through clear and empathetic communication
- Contribute to internal knowledge bases and support playbooks
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer support or CX, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company
- Hands-on experience with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Strong written communication. Clear, warm, direct.
- Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues without hand-holding
- High ownership mindset. You follow through, not just follow up.
