🎯 About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions and ensure a smooth support experience. The role involves attending calls, resolving queries, and assisting customers with any issues related to orders or services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Attend customer calls and respond to queries professionally
- Handle customer concerns related to orders, delivery, returns, etc.
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer problems
- Manage communication via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Maintain records of customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution
✅ Requirements
- Good communication skills in English (mandatory) and Hindi
- Minimum 6 months – 1 year of experience in customer support preferred
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
💰 Salary
₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
