About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support / International Voice Process professionals to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be interacting with international clients (UK, US, Middle East), introducing them to our business events, and guiding them through participation in our conferences.
While the role involves customer interaction and relationship building, it also provides exposure to sales, client engagement, and performance-based incentives, making it an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to grow beyond traditional customer support roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls with international clients (UK/US/Middle East markets)
- Communicate details about industry conferences and events
- Assist and guide professionals regarding event participation
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
- Follow up with interested participants via calls and emails
- Maintain records of interactions and responses
- Work towards performance targets and engagement goals
Who Should Apply
