Hiring: Customer Query Executive / Support Coordinator
Department: Operations / Customer Support
Location: Full-Time (Office Based) panchkula
Openings: 2–3 Positions

Job Role
Act as the first point of contact for distributors and customers, handle queries efficiently, resolve standard issues at the front level, and escalate only critical cases to the backend team.
Key Responsibilities
Handle queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, or support system
Resolve concerns related to orders, IDs, commissions, policies, and logistics
Maintain proper documentation and follow-ups
Escalate complex cases with complete details
Ensure timely and professional communication
Required Skills
Strong communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple queries
Basic computer knowledge (Email, Excel, CRM)
Customer-focused and professional attitude
Preferred
Graduate in any discipline
Experience In Customer Support / Call Center Preferred
KPIs: Resolution time, First-level resolution rate, Escalation accuracy, Response time, Customer satisfaction
