Job Title: Customer Care Executive


About the Role

Looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Care Executive with excellent English communication skills and a confident speaking style. The role involves outbound calling, lead generation, and promoting digital marketing services to prospective clients.

The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and comfortable handling high-volume client interactions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
  • Promote and pitch digital marketing services to potential customers.
  • Generate qualified leads and schedule client discussions.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.


Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, or customer engagement preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Confident and professional speaking accent.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
