About the Role
We're looking for a driven and customer-first individual to join the Enrich Beauty team as a Business Coordinator. You'll be the voice of our brand - managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, coordinating appointments, resolving customer queries, and presenting the right products and offers to the right customers.
Key Responsibilities
Call Handling
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Maintain accurate call logs, notes, and CRM entries after every interaction
Customer Query Resolution
• Listen actively to understand customer concerns and provide prompt, accurate solutions
• Follow up on open cases to ensure complete closure and customer satisfaction
Upselling & Offers
• Achieve monthly upsell and cross-sell targets in a natural, consultative manner
• Stay updated on Enrich current offers, new services, and product launches Appointment
Booking & Management
• Book, confirm, modify, and cancel appointments accurately across salon locations
• Maintain data integrity and accuracy across all booking platforms
Team Collaboration
• Coordinate with salon teams and internal departments for a seamless customer experience
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy team culture across all shifts
Eligibility Criteria
• Minimum HSC (12th Pass) - any stream; graduates preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional language
• Strong multitasking ability and composure under high call volumes
Experience: Required Minimum 6 months in a Call Centre / Customer Support role
Working Days: 5 Days a Week Week Offs 2 Rotational
Week Offs: Weekdays Only (Mon–Fri) Week-Off Exclusions Saturday, Sunday & all Public / Festival Holidays are mandatory working days
Shift Duration:10 Hours per day
Shift Window: Rotational within 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
